My week in London with Iqa!

i) Beyond Ballet Russes. Attended this with Farrah aswell! Ok, its my first time attending a ballet and my thoughts of it - its alright, not really my thing as I prefer expression through a combination of verbal + physical gestures. Its a tad hard for me to interpret story lines from just dances and body movement.

ii) Singin’ In The Rain musical which was super duper awesome. The choreography was just amazing and they had actual water pouring down all over the stage. People sitting in front got wet so they had their raincoats prepared! haha. I really enjoyed myself :)

iii) Yayoi Kusama exhibition at Tate Museum. This was interesting. Her signature feature is dots! I’ll put up an individual post about this (if i don’t get lazy).

Plitvice Lakes National Park at Croatia.

Subhanallah. This pic looks so wonderful. Look at the shades of turquoise and blue at the bottom of the river and look at the different routes the water takes as it trickles down.  Would be awesome to visit this place.

Fact about Croatia: Croatia’s currency, the Kuna, was named after a small rodent.

Been reading and watching movies alot and going out with family and friends on the weekends!

My break will end soon which can only mean one thing —->the commencement of my ACCA studies. I took 4 papers last term and Alhamdulillah managed to pass all 4 and now I am taking another 4 more. Let’s see how it goes eh? Honestly, i think that ACCA is really really tough! much much harder than my degree but that’s a good sign innit?

If everything seems to just come easily then there will be no challenges in life which can make life really mundane. This applies to everything in life be it driving a car the first time, or taking up a new job, or sitting for the ACCA exams :)

of Popcorn & Macarons

on the left: Popcorn from Garrets. I bought the medium sized pack of Chicago Mix popcorn, which is priced at RM21. The popcorn is high in flavour - hence the steep price. The first few bites were nice but after awhile I cannot eat it anymore because it was too sweet. Popcorn beli kat GSC jelah lol.

on the right: Macarons bought at Molten Lava. one piece for RM3.30. I bought salted caramel, hazelnut, black sesame, and peanut butter. It was not bad but a tad too sweet for my liking. An overdose of sugar just kills the taste of the individual macs.

Both shops are located at One Utama.

Melbourne - Remaining Pics.

At the Immigration Museum. A must go to anyone who is interested to know more about the immigration history of Australia.  (pls ignore my zombie face, k thanks ;P)

Koko Black - a delicatessen famous for chocolate treats.

Grampians National Park - Australia’s National Park. Brambuk is located in the park and is managed by the Aborigines.

Soaps sold at Victoria Market! The place looks like a typical ‘pasar’. Just like any pasar, they have everything. Just name it - fruits, vegetables, meat, souvenirs, etc.

Flinders Street Station - Central railway station of Melbourne.

Inside Melbourne Museum. Since Australia does not really have that much history, benda2 macam ni je on display kat museum -animals, aquatic life, dinosaurs, brain games!?!? *face palm* The only exhibition that I deem worth visiting in the museum was the Aborigines culture and also the exhibition on Phar Lap, Australia’s most famous race horse.
